At Google Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return is tracked and safely delivered to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
